Lado, is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, specializing in M&A transactions.
Professional Experience:
Specializing in the restructuring of businesses with growth potential.
He has successfully rescued and relaunched Spanish jewelry brands such as Carrera y Carrera, and Magerit, among others. Investments attracted totaling more than €44 million.

Irina Lolua
Partner
Irina is an investment banker with over 20 years of experience in capital raising, cross-border transactions, and developing relationships with key clients.
Professional Experience:
Former Vice President at J.P. Morgan Russia and former investment banker in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
She played key roles in executing major IPOs, M&A transactions, Eurobond issuances, and debt raising for emerging market companies with a combined capitalization of over $50 billion.
